Concerning the tremor in NYC that occurred at the end of the 13th hour of the day.
Will we cleave to what is passing away?
The pleasures of this time, whatever we can imagine in our evil minds?
Will we hold the buildings up, built on the the blood of innocents?
Will we redefine our purpose by joining the same sex in marriages before God?
Holy...matrimony?
And who profits as we buy the pills to prevent life from flourishing in our wombs?
Who profits when we choose to work over raising children to love the one God?
This journey is wearying and has a certain end in infinite death.
Because He is boundless life.
We have spat at Your face.
Shaken angry fists at Your law.
What will you do Father?
What now will You remove?
The islands will flee,
The mountains will tremble,
and crumble at the though Your impending judgement.
And we smile, and dance with Glee.
Because we are free
to choose humanity and lawlessness
over Truth and righteousness.
Your jealous love
makes all things new
I will embrace it
as all else wanes.
Revelation 16:20 And every island fled away, and no mountains were to be found.

Meditations Reading Job
There was a woman whom I worked with for these past two weeks. She had a tattoo on her wrist from Rev. 19. I guess she remembers the beginning of the end everyday. Also, a response to "Song of Hiawatha."
Somewhere in the heavens
Sits One waiting to eclipse the darkness
He that is swift as the waters
He that set the earth in it's place
With a face outshinning the sun
The One of infinite wisdom
with locks that also shine
This man with beautiful locks and a voice
calming like the waters
Came down
to see me stand
The Lord came down
and descended to the pit
and raised up ignorant ones
like me
He teaches me, a life of service
is a key to the Kingdom
maybe I could wash his feet one day
maybe the clouds will part and I will see
the elders and the angels that ever
Glorify the Lord of the fires
11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Here and Hell
Response to watching TBN's Special on Don Piper's 90 Minutes in Heaven and Bill Weise's 23 Minutes in Hell
Truly love makes all things beautiful
Truly Love makes all things new
To receive love
To live in love
Suddenly everything transforms
The light
And everything it touches
The clouds
And and their transient nature
Oh the scent of the oceans and trees!
Love.
Then all colors fall to darkness
utter darkness
Music never again stirs the soul
Wailing and torture filling
the emptiness
and no place for love
no place for pleasantries
no place for peace
His absence is desperate and damning!
The things you love.
He is all these things. And He gives Himself freely. Can we not be captured in His utter beauty?
I am in more in love everyday.
Truly love makes all things beautiful
Truly Love makes all things new
To receive love
To live in love
Suddenly everything transforms
The light
And everything it touches
The clouds
And and their transient nature
Oh the scent of the oceans and trees!

Rain Clouds Forming
I. Rain
He said it would rain
It was a beautiful and clear day
It rained
II. My earth is quaking beneath my feat
the battlecry of this generation too great
it shakes
And I'm praying I won't be moved
I will be proved by You
III. You spoke, it's here
mens' heart failing for fear
when the whole world's pushed over
with your fingertip
no your breath
No your thought
of returning
He said it would rain
It was a beautiful and clear day
It rained
II. My earth is quaking beneath my feat
the battlecry of this generation too great
it shakes
And I'm praying I won't be moved
I will be proved by You
III. You spoke, it's here
mens' heart failing for fear
when the whole world's pushed over
with your fingertip
no your breath
No your thought
of returning

A Response poem for Tobias Humphrey
I will commemorate Tobias, meaning God is good,
portraying God is hate.
His thinking as a Christian soldier was,
"I have license to berate
everyone that shuns my views,
from distant borders like Kuwait."
Don't tell me love the Muslim brothers.
They say Muhammad's great.
---
I was waiting many months for God to give me wisdom to reply.
I had no idea why a Muslim brother would park here and reside.
But, we have the same Creator. Let His name be praised. And if
he says praise Muhammad, I'll still love him all my days.
It's like this. He said love is truth. If I love them then I'll
tell them the truth. But what about the truth in love? You can't
smack someone on the head, tell them their stupid and say it's
in the Name of Love.
I am almost dying here. I was almost crying here, when I read
the things you wrote. I only thought such hatred lived in the
hearts of those who smote
our Lord.

Absent Flying
I was stirred until I reach the top of the world and found no cap.
Now and wintering in soft states, wondering where I'm at.
It's alright I got to see my friend.
I learned she'd been beaten for leaning on Him.
I learned that she and her family are scared to pray.
Scared to raise a hymn, too scared to praise.
Blue lights, black nights
They're running here.
Too bruised, life oozed like toothpaste 'til
Bright angels came, with mystery names.
Bought a pass to the States.
Thought it would equate
to freedom
No FREEDOM,
freedom was in God
'cause you thought with more laws
to protect you or a clause to prevent them from
beating you like it was their jobs
you could have more
But, you learned with every dollar
that none of this is making sense
How the pressures on you hotly
and the company pays your rent
You're promoted, never scolded and you feel like you're
alright. But, those glimpses at a freedom that you had when
you were caught -- praying to our God
are gone.
You're forlorn.
You reach for home.
God has your name in His book.
I knew you.
Didn't have to look.
He found you.
Now He's bringing you out.
Swift like a blaze,
eating what we grazed yesterday.
-----
My mouth's on a mountain.
And I'm calling out.
Captives taste freedom.
He's cutting the route.
I thought that I would
dig and cut
but I learned I couldn't do nothing much
He with His strong arm and power
He that keeps you every hour
He that catches every tear
He that changes tides and years
He was listening, while I was sleeping and wishing
He has the keys to every door.
And He's leaning in more and more, as you let Him.
I saw the Father cry. When they hit you, after He died
to protect you from every harm.
I saw Him weep, when they tried to break you teeth,
when they held your arms and made you bleed.
He cried, then roared, and sent an earthquake.
He swore--by Himself
and sent you first rate sojourners to be their aid.
My Father, same yesterday and today.
Now and wintering in soft states, wondering where I'm at.

Cover Me with Your Love - a song
Cover me, cover me with your love,
shelter me from above,
Cover me.
Cover me, shield me from evil thoughts,
mourning all that was lost,
Cover me.
Chorus: Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our hearts be closer to God.
Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our lives bring glory to God.
Cover me, deliver me from myself',
trusting something else,
Cover me.
Cover me, lead me into your rest,
carry me through the test,
Cover me.
Chorus: Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our hearts be closer to God.
Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our lives bring glory to God.
We're not fighting anymore.
Just don't leave us to endure.
All the mess we've made alone...
Cover me, cover me with your love,
marry earth and above,
Cover me.
shelter me from above,
Cover me.
Cover me, shield me from evil thoughts,
mourning all that was lost,
Cover me.
Chorus: Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our hearts be closer to God.
Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our lives bring glory to God.
Cover me, deliver me from myself',
trusting something else,
Cover me.
Cover me, lead me into your rest,
carry me through the test,
Cover me.
Chorus: Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our hearts be closer to God.
Wherever it ends. Wherever it ends.
May our lives bring glory to God.
We're not fighting anymore.
Just don't leave us to endure.
All the mess we've made alone...
Cover me, cover me with your love,
marry earth and above,
Cover me.
