I. Rain
He said it would rain
It was a beautiful and clear day
It rained
II. My earth is quaking beneath my feat
the battlecry of this generation too great
it shakes
And I'm praying I won't be moved
I will be proved by You
III. You spoke, it's here
mens' heart failing for fear
when the whole world's pushed over
with your fingertip
no your breath
No your thought
of returning

Einstein moves me
wondering what's like to have the world at your fingers
I bet Einstein remembers
He was wise enough to be foolish
with God rules and reasons to resist schooling
God do you smile when you think of Him?
Though not after your heart,
he loved your design and He kept thinking of it,
thinking in it, and writing of it.
Kind of like the way rust builds even when you scrape it,
kind of like the way rust rots away at fine metal when
we thought it was a polished, unmovable, god.
